A physician licensed in your state reads what you wrote. They can approve it, set a different strength than you expected, come back with a follow-up question, or decline. This is a clinical judgement made by a person, not a checkbox passed by software.

Once written, the prescription goes to an accredited American pharmacy to be filled and posted. Standard shipping costs nothing and the parcel carries no product name, no clinic name and nothing on the outside that suggests a medical purchase.

One tablet under the tongue, left to dissolve. Take the first one on an unremarkable evening with nothing riding on it — you are collecting information about your own timing, not staging a performance.
Why the medication list is the important field
Most of the assessment is context. The medication list is the part that can genuinely change the answer. Nitrates in any form — tablets, sprays, patches, ointments, or the recreational kind — rule this class of drug out completely, because the combined drop in blood pressure can be severe. Some alpha-blockers need doses separated in time. Certain antifungals and antibiotics change how quickly your body clears these molecules, which changes the appropriate strength.
A physician cannot account for something you did not mention. Leaving an item off does not improve your chances of approval; it just removes the safeguard the review exists to provide.
Being declined is the system working
A refusal is not an administrative hiccup to route around. It means a doctor read your history and found a reason. Take that reason to your own physician — erectile difficulty is frequently the first visible sign of something worth catching early.
What the first month looks like
By the third or fourth use you will know your own numbers: whether your onset is twenty minutes or forty, whether a large meal shifts it, and how long the useful window really lasts for you. Write it down the first couple of times — memory is unreliable about this and men routinely misremember their own timing.
If three or four properly conducted attempts are consistently weak — taken sublingually, with real arousal, without heavy drinking — contact the service. Take the dose you were prescribed and no more than one in any 24-hour period. HardRx is unsuitable alongside nitrate medication and with several heart conditions.
