Delivery & Refunds
How orders ship, what the parcel looks like, and how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Who actually ships it
harrdrx.com ships nothing. Orders are placed, filled and dispatched by the merchant and its licensed partner pharmacy. What follows reflects the merchant's published policy at the time of writing and is here for convenience — the terms shown on their checkout when you order are the ones that bind.
Before anything moves
Because this is a prescription product, a licensed physician reviews your assessment before an order reaches the pharmacy. Review is normally finished the same or next business day. If the physician needs something clarified they will make contact, which can add a day. If they judge the treatment inappropriate, the order is not filled and no medication charge is taken.
Shipping and timing
Standard shipping is free on every order. Once the prescription is filled and dispatched, standard delivery usually lands within three to five business days. Expedited options may be offered at checkout for a fee where available. Dispatch happens on business days, so weekends and public holidays do not count toward a transit estimate.
Delivery is available in the states where the prescribing service is licensed; the current list is on the contact page. Orders cannot ship internationally, and prescription orders cannot be routed through freight forwarders.
What the parcel looks like
Plain and unbranded. No product name, no clinical branding, and nothing on the outer label indicating what is inside or suggesting a medical purchase. The sender line is generic. Someone handling the parcel learns nothing from it.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. If tracking has not moved for several business days, or the carrier records a delivery you did not receive, contact the merchant's customer service directly — they can open a carrier trace and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Damaged or wrong deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the contents are not what you ordered, contact customer service within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. Errors on the merchant's side are put right at no cost to you.
Why prescription medication cannot be returned
Once dispatched, prescription medication cannot be returned to stock or resold. This is imposed by federal and state pharmacy law for patient safety and applies to every legitimate pharmacy in the country. Practically, it means a change of mind after dispatch cannot be undone by sending the product back.
Unwanted or expired medication should go to a pharmacy take-back scheme or a DEA-authorised collection site rather than into household waste.
Cancelling
An order can usually be cancelled at no charge before the pharmacy fills it. After filling and dispatch it cannot. On a recurring plan, future shipments can be cancelled through your account or customer service — do it before the next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. A shipment already dispatched when you cancel will still arrive and still be billed.
Refunds
Eligibility is determined by the merchant under the policy displayed at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Shipping charges, where any were paid, are generally not refundable except where the error was the merchant's.
Who to contact
Order status, tracking, billing, cancellation and refunds are all handled by the merchant's customer service team, who can see your account — we cannot. Reach them at CustomerService@hard.health or 855-927-0390. For anything about this website itself, use our contact form.
